Im sure this has been talked about before, but i was wondering what that blow by hose is for. Ive noticed oil accumaltes on my front swaybar as well as some places behind it. Whats the norm?

Should be a plastic bottle strapped to the front of the engine with that hose going into it. The bottle has some holes in the top for pressure relief. Some on this forum have relocated the hose so it doesn't blow oil on the radiator when going down steep inclines.

Did it come stock with a bottle ? Or do we just ad like a 1 litre waterbottle zip tied on? Thanks for the advice.

The '99s did not come with a bottle.

I have a 02 dodge and it has the bottle on the front of the engine, but it seems to be put a very fine mist of oil of it is building up on my radiator. I would like to know what is wrong and how to fix it. Thanks

Unfortunately that is "normal". Its referred to as the "puke" bottle. Its the breather for the crankcase. Extending the tube down and removing the bottle is a good fix. Just make sure you get hose rated for fuel/oil. Search "puke bottle relocation" for a lot of good ideas/options.
