Blank Commander Screen

Blank Commander Screen
I just installed my Commander Thursday night. The screen worked fine when I went for a test drive. (My readings were bad, but qzilla attributed that to a bad ground, which I believe I have now corrected.) When I started the truck Friday morning (before changing the ground) the screen would not work at all, but if I pushed the buttons, they still made the same noises, so I know I have power to the unit. I figured it was just because of the bad ground and It would work when I fixed the ground. Well, last night I fixed the ground and still get noise from the buttons, and no display on the screen.
I have PM'd qzilla, but being the weekend I probably will not hear back from him until Monday.
The only thing not installed is the pyro probe, all other sensors, grounds, and power are installed and double checked.
Anyone with a Commander experience similar issues? Any suggestions?
Thanks for any suggestions.

I left a message on the 888 number but it was about 6:05 PM last night (Their time). I figured no one would get the message until Monday.
No biggie, I can fix it next week. I feel like one time when I was a little kid and I got a really cool remote control car for Christmas, but I didn't get any batteries until the next day....

I just reinstalled my Commander after getting the new fuel transducer. It worked twice and now the screen lights up but it's completely blank, white, light. No text whatsoever. I disconnected the power at the fuse box, any other suggestions?
