Bit the bullet.. XZT+ on order
I have resisted the bomb bug for 5.5 long years, but it finally took hold and now I am afraid that I am really sick. Got the quad xzt+ on order and have been looking at rv275's, but WISHING my clutch would die (at 145K now) so I could upgrade it. Whats got me worried is the fact that I am now WISHING for breakdowns so I can UPGRADE. SOMEBODY TOSS ME SOME SAND.... I'M ON A SLIPPERY SLOPE NOW!!!!
Oh yea, ordered it right here from the DTR store on Monday, how long does it take, has been a long week waiting on it.......

in a word....
COST
Really the quad could be justified because of the milage setting, the rv275's simply because of the price and the mild increase, would be intrested in mach1.6's but at twice the cost not sure if needed ( have been seeing rv275's at $300 ). Would have to look at the 1.6's if seriously decided to purchase injectors though to see if I could justify the added cost.

Excellent combo. I love my XZT+ and the jammer 3's. Mostly I just run it in timing only with the "occasional" fuel/timing. I can still get the truck sideways when it hits second in timing only but I normally refrain from such childish behavior...yeah right. Great thing about the XZT+ is of course the customer service, and the on the fly adjustability...if temps start to creep up when towing, just turn the thing off and keep on trucking.
Oh yeah, start saving for a new clutch.

I agree with the above statements. Excellent choice. I feel you will be very happy with the RV275's and the XZT+. Heck, I was. For a low-cost bang-for-buck, the Quad XZT+ and a set of RV275's are the way to go.

I was all happy faced with just my XZT+, nothing more...still am when I'm able to giv' er around with the truck. I just need to upgrade my tranny and then I can get injectors, etc. You will really enjoy the XZT+. I recommend updating to the "aggressive" tune once you get it
