How do you remove water from the fuel thats added in the process of washing it?
Ive settled, heated and circulated the stuff before use and I still plugged a waterblock filter the other day. [verymad]
Wonder if theres any filtering options with water blocking that can be regenerated?
I found racor elements for my 490R at 22$ each, seems to be the cheapest price so far. If I keep plugging these things its going to get expensive =(

the only way that i know of is warming the bio( i use a heat tape) and just let it sit( don't cirrculate). also, try washing longer( i know how it sounds:o), the cleaner the bio the faster the water will seperate. i assume your'e talking about bio and not the wvo right?

The best way is to warm the wet biodiesel up and spray it through a shower head type nozzle. Once the fuel hits 100 degF or so, the water will just go away.

The water will evaporate off like steam in a hot shower.
