Billet Gril
Does anyone know where or if I can get a billet gril for my 2000 Sport everything I have saw says except sport can anyone help?

I know there is one available for the sport because I was going to get one a couple years ago but the one I found does not fit over the existing grill. The old grill needs to be cut out and the billet put in. I never did it, wasn't ready to start cutting on my truck then.

Thanks Holiday for the reply. No i wont cut mine either but i couldnt even find that one. My truck is black and i like the late models with just that touch of crome but i wont sacrifice my hood and gril.

Here is one but it is like I thought, the factory plastic grille need to be modified, I presume cut out.

Thanks again Holiday I have got a little gun shy on the gril I would hate to get one then have to cut anything on my gril. Maybe do a little trimming on theres but not mine.

Yes that is a replacement for the whole gril on a standard hood the sports are not the same thanks for the info doggone you had me rumaging in ebay my wife hates it when i do that

Didn't mean to send you on a goose chase, but when I read
It seemed to me it would fit a 2000 sport? I guess it's a sport grill and not the sport truck model sorry bout that
Just courious, whats the difference between the sport and regular?

The Sport grill is a lttle taller than the regular grill. Therefore the bumper has a dip along the top the width of the grill to allow for the increase in size. It also has a different latch and reinforcement on the back. If I remember correctly, the Sport's reinforcement is round tube and the regular one is square tube. Other than that there are some cosmetic differences.
