What are the biggest injectors that a low pressure piston LP can support? I am going to be in the market for new injectors, turbo, clutch, etc. in the next few months, but I don't want to run an electric lift pump. I just want to run the biggest injector possible, without running the IP dry.

well from what i know the limit for lp pistion lift pumps is around 400hp. so i would say 435s mabe 6x14. but im sure somone with more experiance will chime in.

just got some 6X16's and I can suck my piston pump down to 4 psi. With the stock non i/c injectors I could only bring it down to 9 psi. Hope this helps.

If you already have a lp plp couldn't you upgrade to a high pressure one easily? Swap the lift pumps, add a regulator and you're done. Or am I missing something? I know it would cost a couple hundred more but at least you won't run out of fuel and it's all still mechanical.
