anyone know how big a tire will fit on a 06 4x4 w/ 4 inchs of lift, i do tow with it so i wanna have it where im not hacking anything and im not hitting the fenders,i know a 35 will fit a friend of mine has them on his just wondering if anyone had gotten bigger ones on

i seen one here with 37s the guy had the inners all tore up on but not sure how much lift he had,would love to get 37s on it but im fussy and dont want to ruin the truck while doing it,any pics of ones with 37s to see how close they are?

Here are a few PICS. It really has more to do with the backspacing and width of the rims than the size of the lift.

I have 37x12.50 x17 Yokohama Geolander AT/S on my 06 with a 3" Kore kit and the factory alloy wheels. They don't touch the fenders at all but will rub the control arms on full lock, there isn't a mark on the tires, just some polished spots on the control arms.

I have 35" on mine with stock rims and a 4" lift only rub when i turn the wheel all the way to one side or the other

I ran a set of 35 toyos on stock rims with no kit at all. Very minor rub on cntrl arms at full lock left only but no damage. Just replaced with a set of 37 12.5 17 Hancooks still no lift. Just had them put on last night and my 6" Revtek kit is ordered.The new tires are definitley pushing it and I dont think Ill be drivin it much till Im get the kit installed. I have heard of people running 37s with just a leveling kit. Stock rims seem to have a pretty good backspacing for oversized tires and I think the make,design,and actual dimensions of the tire make a big difference.

thanks for the responses i have a set of stock wheels on mine and really dont plan on getting new ones for a while but sounds like the 37s will fit, i have the 4 1/2 inch pro fab lift so maybe thats enough, thanks for the pics
