Best One?

My brother just picked up an 06 2500 and is looking to put an air intake on it. What's the best bang for the buck and what provides the best air flow?

Thanks....

Make the *****'s whistler. I've got the AFE Stage 2 and if I had to do it again I would have spend a lot less making the whistler. Do a search and there's step by step instructions and sites to get the parts from.

Here's a pretty good read.

I have the AFE stg II and I like it for what it is. I like the loud whistle and sound of air rushing. I also like how smooth the finish is in the cold air pipe compared the the stocker. Does it give me more power? Probably not? Mileage? Don't think so. Lower egts? Possibly, but not much. Cool factor? Very cool.
