Re:Best KDP Jig kit ?
I've never seen the CPFF kit, I have Harold's deluxe kit. It comes in at an angle so you can tap the KDP back into its hole if it has moved. The kit comes with 1st and 2nd gen jigs, 2 drill bits with stops installed, 10 set screws, tap with handle, punch for tapping on the kdp, t-handle allen wrench for the set screws, regulator and hose for the dipstick tube, red loctite, and fan wrenches (one holds the pulley while the other turns the nut). All you need to supply is a souce of air, a drill, a breaker bar for the belt tensioner, a 10 mm socket on a 3 inch extension, a ratchet, and a hammer. Detailed instructions are provided as well. I've done six so far, doing another tomorrow, I'm totally satisfied with the kit. Anybody in the Philly area, PM me if you want yours done. Cost was $120 when I got mine, he'd probably knock 30 bucks off if you didn't want both jigs. Harold's email is rvhvnfun@juno.com
