Who makes the best fitting triple gauge pillar pad? In know Autometer is an option, are there others of any quality as well?
I am looking for one that is/covers the whole pillar, not just part of it. Any advice would be appreciated. I want to change my gauge locations to the pillar. Just don't want to get one that doesn't look good and worse yet, the gauages don't fit in well. Thanks!!

Ive had two of the Autometer ones on different trucks and had no problems with either.

Autometer here from Geno's no problems with fit at all. They even sell the matching paint for your interior.

2500RAM that looks like a nice clean install. does anyone have any experience or photos with the 3 A-pillar guages that have a speaker in the pillar too. how hard is it to install the wiring for the guages? can i hook up boost guage with stock setup?

Ya lost me with your boost gauge stock setup question. But the existing A-pillar, at least on my install, I had to drill into to get the wires behind so the new pod pillar would fit flush to the old, make sense. Gauge wire runs behind the stock pillar so I had to drill 3, 1/2" holes for the boost tube and electrical wires. I have a fuel pressure gauge on the steering colum. I don't think I could have routed my 1/2" SS braided line into the pillar but I've seen it done on this site. The pillar with the speaker is identical to the one I have plus the speaker hole

oh cool so the pillar withe guages jsut replaces the old one. dosnt cover it. but about the boost guage question i was wondering if i can hook up a boost guage with my stock setup?

I've had Autometers on a previous truck and a Banks on my current truck. I'd have to say that the Autometer is by far the best of the two. The gauges mounted into it just by pressing in, and they fit tight and clean. Where as for the Banks, I had to use the gauge rear mounts that pull the gauge in. It doesn't look as clean. It's like the pod itself is a tad too big for the gauges.
I'm thinking of replacing all my gauges with Isspro and the pod with another Autometer. I think this is the cleanest, most factory looking setup to use.

Nope, you still use the stock pillar, it has the clips that attach to the metal frame. Then you use, I call them christmas tree plugs, to attach the gauge pillar to the stock pillar. Drilling through the new pillar, through the stock pillar to mount.

The boost gauge will install stock or modified doesn't matter. The easiest install will be using a boost bolt, free from Geno's if you order a boost gauge or I believe it's $7. Dieselmanor, Geno's just about everyone online has the boost bolt.

I have the autometer 3 gauge pod with speaker, installed fine, fits fine, haven't had a problem in over 3 years.

I got one of those black ones off ebay. Fit is fine and it covers up everything. Autometer may be a little better but may not be worth the extra money (if it does cost more).
