Best color lights for fog and snow.

What is the best color lights for fog and heavy snowflakes,yellow,clear,halogen or what,opinions please.

Amber! Been proven for 20+ yrs.
Must be Fog Lenses.... wide and very flat beam.

I agree with RowJ, the lower they are mounted the better.

I live in a heavy winter fog area, yellow works excellent for me.

I also agree, YELLOW! i have yellow fog lights on my semi and are very very good!much better than white lamp. i dont know why the yellow fog l. were discontinued from manufacturers in new cars and trucks...

Mine are 50 watt halogen with projector style lenses.

I agree with yellow as being an all around good choice. I have a set of 6" Light Force lights with clear (which I use most), yellow and blue lens covers. The set of blue covers, which was recommended when I bought the lights for driving in snow conditions, seem a little dark to me.
I also have a set of Jetco lights with 2 100 watt halogens per light. These are basically flood lamps and throw light everywhere. These lights have a light blue lens and I really like them in snow. The reflected light from falling snow is not nearly as distracting.
