All CAI have similar performance results. If best is cheapest, then do a little research and buy the cheapest one you find. If best means best filter setup, that info is going to be hard to come by.

In my honest opinion, the K & N setup provides the most airflow for the lowest cost but lacks in filtering ability. I don't drive on dusty dirty roads anymore so I chose airflow over filtering quality.

You can get the S&B for less than the K&N & its a much better filter

I bought a S&B because at the time, they were the only ones that subjected their filter to official ISO tests. I check out everyone's ISO test ratings and determined I wanted the least amount of dirt hitting my turbo at 140,000 rpm...
