BDTD hangs at 50%

BDTD hangs at 50%
I have had this progammer for 2 yrs..been running stock for 3 months..done a quick upgrade to the programmer..tried to install and it Hangs at 50%..done recover..and same thing...any thoughts other than call Bully Dog.???

i cant really help you, but i can say that a buddy of mine had one do that to him and it erased the computer on his truck... So i would be careful and wait til you talk to someone at Bullydog. I did get good customer service while fixing it!

i was on the Phone with Bully Dog for 1 hr 45 min..finally came down to reloading programmer to a lower revision...2.43, seems 2.51b was the problem..all works fine now..great support if you ask Me.
