Had to shim my hood, mark and dye-grind some areas in the front where it rubbed the grill. So it takes some work, the hood has a little larger gap around the edge then stock, but people say they can see that thing abd know somethings been done asyou can see the silver finish through the grill. By far a better intercooler than the Banks I had on my 03. A distributer I know says there a few weeks out on delivery but I think its worth it.
As far as the #'s no clue I installed it with my twins. But in my personal opinion to upgrade a turbo and not an intercooler isn't that great, as you will just push a larger volume of hot air. Big intercooler with a turbo gives you a larger volume of cooler dense air and thats what you want.

What other mods had you done to your truck, Maddog? Do you have an EGT gauge?
Thanx everyone.
