I ordered a "Bull Dog" Fuel Pin off ebay. Anyways it came with only the pin and no nylon washer or nut. I've already found a nut. But do I need this 1.9mm nylon washer that is in the BD instructions?

no you don't need it....and BULLY DOG and BD are 2 different companies...

Did you already buy it ? A much better fuel pin can be bought for $110.... http://www.dennytperformance.com/products.htm see how much deeper the cut is and its made of a harder metal...for maximum power

I know I should have bought a better pin, I read about grooving issues after I purchased it.

Should I just sell it and purchase a DennyT? Or is there anything I can do with this one to prevent?

ha ha exactly what he said. I had a bully dog fuel pin for like two months and it started gettin a groove and it would stick sometimes givin high fuel when i didn't need it. Wasn't happy with itSo i got rid of it/sold it. I'd sell it new right now or see if you could return it or somethin. They are much more expensive than Denny T pin too, and half as good.

And you don't need to run a washer, i didn't and it doesn't hurt a thing, it actually helps, gives you some more top end.
