does anyone know if the red wire coming off the main banks harness is suppose to tap in to any wire. my instructions are for an 03 and 04 the 03 taps into something and the 04 doesnt according to the instructions. I did the install w/out the res wire, but i am not getting power to the six gun at all. no leds come on at all and of course threw some codes. 73 and 107. just can't figure this one out unless I am supposed to hook the red wire up.

You need to contact Banks for the 05 wire install & maybe an upgrade to the box due to the 05 being a 325/610

call banks and ask where it should tap in

Make sure you have the correct box and harness, they are different for 04.5-05 than the 03-04 trucks.
