Bad Torque Converter causing engine to stall when cold

Last May I had ATS build a new transmission for me, one that would be good to tow with. This included their torque converter, valve body, transmission, deep pan and co-pilot. The truck began to die when cold and I'd put it into gear, felt like a manual transmission trying to start in 3rd gear. When I got back into Colorado this June, they pulled it, replaced the torque converter, adjusted the valve body and now I'm back in action, all at no cost to me. I'm pleased to see the company standing behind their products. Except for that problem, the setup has been a great transmission to tow with. My 5th wheel probably runs about 10-11,000 lbs when fully loaded.
