Bad Flutter, surge after CP3 Mod

After CP3 Mod, my truck has a bad surge. Quick surge not like turbo surge. I used a scan tool to check rail pressure, rail pressure jumps up and down from 21000 to 18000. This only happens at a little more then half throttle. Wide open runs make you crap your pants. Any ideas?

Make sure your FCA is completely deburred. If it isn't, it will surge.

Try resetting the APPS. That has fixed more than a couple with similar problems.

did you check the bore that the valve goes in for any burrs, when reassembling did the valve slide in and travel the full length very smoothly.
