axle seal leaking. repair?

axle seal leaking. repair?
I just replaced my front rotors and calipers but I need to go back in and replace the ball and universal joints. What, if any special tools are necessary for replacement of the axle seals?
I do believe the differential carrier needs to be removed and that is not a problem but what is the process for replacement of the seal on the passenger / disconnect side? This is the side that is leaking.
Also, I am unable to locate seals for either side. I did find seal and bearing assemblies??

I have the same leak on the same side... Dan's kit has the seal installer tools. Not sure if they are neccessary, but I'll probably buy the kit in the near future.
