Auxillary Fuel Tank Install Instructions
I have a 2005, 3500 dually, does anyone have ""INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS'" to help this old man install an auxillary fuel tank??????
I would sure appreciate the information. I know there has to be a step by step install instructions some where. Help me out Men. Moderators if I have put this in the wrong section, I am sorry. Please move it to the proper area and let me know where to find it.
Thanks John

what are you having trouble with? Basically just set the tank where you want it, mark the holes, drill them and bolt it down. Then drill a hole bigger than the hose or hard line from the tank through the bed. Then "T" into the fuel vent line (the 3/4" hose that attaches the filler neck)..
These trucks can be gravity fed because the gas cap is a sealing gas cap and will not leak. I suggest putting a ball valve in the bed so you can close the line on the tank.

No the instructions I am looking for would include pipeing through a pollack valve and switch on dash to change from one tank to the other, also wire auxillary tank into dash guage. I don't want gravity feed. Thanks guys I appreciate your assistance. Old John
