Anyone install and running the ATS 2 pc exhaust manifold on a 4rd gen ?
Notice any improvements in spool up, power, and lower EGT's ?

The ATS 2 piece will flow alot more air.
By aerodynamics if you are not gettin' on it, the ATS might cause just a hair of lag.
But, if you are gettin' on it then the larger ports will help out with the power end of things
by evacuating the exhaust in a faster manner.

These units are high quality and i think are a must if you are going up in power.

I've got one, but I installed all my stuff as a package, ATS manifold, turbo, injectors and pup. EGT's are very managable. If you are bombing, get one. But I would do it with the turbo upgrade, much easier on the install.

They are alot more efficient pro's and con's yes but overall a good investment

what are the cons? i have on the truck and cann ot find a single con. i think the turbo spooled up MUCH faster, as a matter of fact i got a few more psi before the motor has time to start defueling.

I have one on third gen I did notice a slight bit of lag out of the gate but once it was spooling major improvement so ok yah it cancelled out the problem more than compensated I'm really happy with it as well Joe

I have it as well and I really think it helped, but I installed my B-1 at the same time, so I can't be sure. But just looking at it you can tell it flows a lot better especially on #5 and #6 cylinders.

in installed it myself, its not very hard at all. rear turbo bolts are tough and that bracket is a pain to get out of the way but other wise easy. assembling the two pieces is a little scary. i was worried about squeezing the two pieces too much. i used a hammer and pounded the two pieces together then kept comparing bolt holes to the original. anyone else have a better idea?

i dont know if this works but one end in the oven and the other in the freezer the hot and cold makes things expand and contract
