Does anybody know if there is much of a performance gain or egt
reduction with these.

The main benefit of the ATS is that it's a 3 piece so it won't crack. I wouldn't expect any performance or EGT gains unless you port it.

I've heard of people porting them out and they said it really wasn't worth it.

The ATS is well worth the money and higher HP trucks!! On Stock HP levels it's not worth the $
