What to ask Santa for?
My wife is beating for gift ideas for me. I dont NEED anything but she says if I dont tell her something that she wont accept anything from me as it wouldnt be fair. We arent loaded so Im not getting any new turbos for Christmas. So my question is, what can I get for the truck that is practical for less than $250. Any ideas would be great as I am stumped.

I already have satelite radio and the timer from the DTR store. I was thinking maybe Rip Rooks 4" kit that dumps in FRONT of the rear tire but I cannot find his site. Some people have posted it and I tried it but it didnt work. Plus, what else is needed to get that 4" kit on my HX35? Im sure I will need a new downpipe and Im sure those arent free or included in the kit. I thought his mufflerless short kit was like $239. Not sure. I do need to figure something out. What is everyone else asking for that is truck related?

Works here, even through the corporate firewall.

I usually say "nothing", because NO ONE seems to get vehicle or electronics gifts correct (who wants a walmart toolkit? a $25 dvd player? poo!)
If anyone asks me, ill say "ranch hand". Anything ranchhand. coordinate with everyone else to make sure its no a duplicate. if you want, everyone can go in on one large item, etc. but only RANCH HAND items.
Cant go wrong wishin for that.

I made a list a couple months ago (all truck related items) on Microsoft Word and just keep adding to it. I know exactly what Timmay2 is saying about no one seems to get gifts right.... Well this list is fool proof. It is complete with pictures, information, price AND a link to the website where to purchase! The main thing on there I want is gauges... well I think everyone here would not be comfortable with their significant other (if they are like mine) trying to go on a website and put all the needed components for gauges in a shopping cart.... so I already took care of that that specific link goes directly to the shopping cart and all they need to add is their credit card number!!
I'll let you know how this process worked after Christmas day. I did catch her looking at the list...
Merry Christmas!

I just ask for money and go buy the things for my truck myself although unless its close family its not exactly the best thing to ask for money. But anyways I plan on buying a rear disc brake conversion this year with my christmas money

I just got my $15,000 (after taxes and 5 years) retro check, gonna lay low and see what the good wife suggests. I have some things in mind, a toy or two. I havent asked or hinted on anything.
