I am ordering my leveling kit and was thinking about getting the 2.5" from hell bent.... I have used their products in the past with great success..

Any issues with running a 2.5" kit? I am installing the third generation track bar this week...... Not sure if I will need an adjustable track bar for an additional 1/2".....??

I have the 2" version on my 01. It has been on for about 4 years and I have had no problems with it. It looks like new (no rust) and when I check the nuts they are always tight. Installation was really straight forward and easy too. I Don't think you'll be disappointed with them.

I have a non-adjustable tracbar on mine and I have no problems.

I am running the Ready Lift 2.5 leveling kit, Bought it with my skyjacker shocks and so far so good, I installed it about 3 months ago. I liked the Ready Lift because it has a lifetime warranty and it is steel. I was afraid to buy a polyurethane because of the engine being so heavy.

What is the procedure for getting the leveling kits in? Remove spring, add spacers and reinstall springs?

Digger is your truck noticeably taller in the front now with the 2.5 kit?

Yes, I can definately notice the differance, I really like the way it stands now and also my 285 tires don't rub the fenders when I turn anymore. I will say though, the instructions were a bit decieving. Suppossedly all I had to do was take the track bar loose and drop the front axle as far as it would go while supporting the frame on stands. The problem was my front end wouldnt drop far enough to get the springs out by hand. Luckily I had some spring compressors which you can buy at an auto parts store, and I used those, getting them back in, well lets just say you will thank yourself if you have spring compressors. I spent about 3 hours doing the job, which included changing all my shocks.

I have the 2.5 HBS Leveling Kit on mine, Pretty easy install, Didnt need any modifications.

i swear it looks like my truck already sits up in the frt compared to the rear...I couldnt imagine just raising the frt up and not the rear, but your truck looks nice and level

I have been running skyjacker leveling springs, (new coils, no pucks) for a few years now no problems, stock track bar.
I bought these springs as a cheaper alternative to buying the heavier stock ones (#47,#48) for snow plowing, and they have held up well no sagging.

heres the hellbentsteel 2.5" on my 01, i love it and it rides smooth as well great product and great customer service!!!
it will fit 35s but these are 33s, or 285/75/16s

Those are the smallest 285s I have seen. You sure they arent 265s?

I've got the hellbent units as well. Spring compressors saved my day. It was kind of a pita, but definitely worth it. My 315 70 17's on H2 rims don't rub and the truck sits nice and level. It did throw my steering wheel off just a tick. I plan to go with an adjustable track bar when the time comes to correct that little issue.

Your drag link bar straightens out your steering wheel. The trackbar centers the axle.

man that looks mean, ive been thinking about running the 2.5 in the front too. my 285s rub too, especially with the front end replacement
