Here is a box I built for my dmax, sold the truck and took the box out. Now with the mega cab, i have to REDO EVERYTHING. If you need any help building one, let me know, I have built a bunch of them and can try to help. They are easy to build, just need to be patient and measure a bunch and only cut once!! LOL!!

The amp(s) will mount just fine under the seats...
Music Moose Audio has a very price competitive dual 10" box that fits under the rear seat.... ~ 135 bucks...
You have to be carefull with which sugs you mount up...Infinity Kappa's or References work great...1/4" clearance on the magnet to one of the sloped box sides.

I built one for mine to hold 1 JL Audio 10w7, I had to cut out all the metal under the seat but when I finished, it didnt sound like I wanted, so I trashed it.

It was mounted reverse fire, using about 7 cubic feet of air space, which is way over its recommended volume. It had plenty breathing room.

I ordered a Fox Acoustics box off ebay. Vented design holding two 10" Kicker Comp VR subs. Fits nice & sounds killer. Been in for about two months and have been happy ever since. Finally the tunes are louder than the straight pipe and 35" MTZ's.

I dont know about under the seat but I removed my console and had a custom one built. It houses an 8 inch w7 and it sounds awesome. Here are some pics click on the site below. A buddy of mine did this for me, he owns the place.

I made a box for two 12's out of fiberglass and mdf for my truck, and I just started another one for my brother. There not that hard, they just take some time.
