anyone have info on how to run a return line?

I recently did the jeep liberty fuel cup mod and made 2 1/2" inch line for feed and return. I thought i had the return line hooked up right from the cp3 but i think i def did it wrong i am still getting fuel out of the stock return line. I looked at how the lines run off the rail and am confused now and dont know where to put the return line i made. Can anyone help me i need to get my truck running asap!!!

I believe many guys, myself included, ran the return to a "t" fitting that connected on your fuel filler neck. You have to remember that there is fuel also returned from the rail/head that goes back along with the cp3 return. I've never heard of anyone running a seperate return from the cp3. Pretty sure that one remains stock.

edit- I see you have fass. I don't but the tee fitting I'm talking about is a fass return setup.

Run the 1/2 inch line from the part you tapped and tie it back into the stock line. That'll get you running temporarily at least.

You don't touch the return from the CP3, it should still go to the canister, the smaller fitting. I used the factory feed from the Liberty to go to the AD and plumbed the AD return to the canister, see the link in my signature.

I think he know's this now but problem is he already tapped the cp3 for the larger fitting (1/2").
