anyone have code disappear?
After I installed my VA 3.2, about 6 months ago, I got the code (can't remember what it is) that everyone gets on level 2. Yesterday my brake/ABS light stayed on (was icy out) so i checked the codes and discovered the code was gone? I thought this code had to be cleared w/ one of those software tools. Anyone know?

Thats interesting. So if put a box on my truck and remove it before taking it to the dealer for warranty work, no code will show up that gives away my "dirty little secret?"

I have seen many posts on how many start, run stop cycles that it takes for some codes to reset themself. Anywhere from hundreds to a few.
To be on the safe side always check the codes after box removal and see what shows. Generic ODBII codes can normally be reset with a OBDII scanner so equiped. Dodge specific codes may require the DRBIII Dodge computer to reset.
