I bought some running boards from KMC MFG for my truck.
They require a bunch of drilling and are going back. I won't drill holes that will rust here in Minnesota.
Are there any plain black plastic running boards that don't require drilling? I'm not real concerned about cost right now.

The only thing I found was a set of tubular side steps that I bought from the local Dodge dealer. I too didn't want to do a ton of drilling here in Alaska and end up with a rust bucket, so opted for the tubular side steps. They are the Dodge brand that they carry in their accessories catalog. They utilize the holes in the underside of the cab that are there from the factory. Pretty good set that worked well. Do drilling and easy to install. Not as protective as running boards but they do help.

Get "nerf bars"

They just bolt to the frame and not the cab. Stronger and alot less rust inducing.

I have some MAAP stainless that are bolt on. I don't remember if they make a plain black set. A crappy pic is on my website. [eyecrazy]

Do the Mopar diamond plate side steps require drilling?
