Another wheel question

Back space on a wheel is measured from the wheel mounting surface to the inside edge of the wheel correct? If that is correct where can I get a 16x10 wheel with a 8x6.5 bolt pattern and only 2" of back spacing? I am just looking for some plane jane steel wheels.

I haven't found anything with a 2" Backspace. Like 4" max.

On Cragar's website.

Bill's evil plan is to get a wheel with alot of Positive offset (Little backspace) and run a Dually simulator on it. But it has to be deep enough for the simulator
