He's got that right!! Be warned, Dave is a bit behind right now so it might take him a couple of days to get back to you!! He is top notch in customer service and take the time to explain everything you want to know and probably more!!

In fact I wish everyone would chime in, because a lot of people on here already have fully built auto's and push them to the limits. Im wanting to know as well what the best auto tranny out is!!
Ive been told DTT, and I belive it, but I wanna hear it from the masses! Because these things arent cheap!

Winner winner chicken dinner!
I love my DTT, but my main reason for going with them is the builder was fairly close, and reccomended the product. If he said go with something else I would have. All mechanical complicated devices can fail from time to time, so I wanted a builder close by. Wouldnt do me any good if my builder was 1500 miles away and I had a problem. I would try to find a DTT,HTS, Goerend, or Suncoast builder close to you, and give them a call. Any of these guys and you will be fine.

Thats what I am doing, the guy near me is from what ive been told "THE MAN", and it would take a city wide petition against him for me not to use him! I just couldn't throw out that kind of $$, and not be able to tow my truck there when it breaks or if it broke!

DO NOT go with BD Power. There transmissions are expensive junk. The customer service is also crap. Unless you like spending more money than you anticipated and going months and months on end limping along or in the shop stay away from these guys.

If DTT was selling tires or window tint I'd buy it!
I don't have a whole lot of experience with them but what I have experienced is top notch.
I'm working on having a whole lot of experience though so that tells you I'm all for them!

Goerend here for me and all my buddies! Top notch service and warranty. But like everyone else said, it will usually take a couple days for a reply from Dave. He is pretty overwelmed with calls and e-mails. When I was there getting my tranny he was wearing a wireless headset building valve bodys while talking to customers. He is definately a hands on type guy.
