Another Juice/attitude thread

I just installed a Juice/attitude combo on my 06 Mega and took it for a drive. No matter what setting it is on, it pings like crazy and surges. I can set it to stock(level 0) and it still does it, just not as bad. I unplugged the juice from the truck, drove it, and it runs fine . I guess I'll be calling them tomorrow. I'll post up with the fix(at least I hope there is one)

As I understand there have been problem with SOME of the boxes since they moved operations to Maylasia (sp?).

I called them today and a new Juice box & complete wiring harness are on the way. GREAT customer service!

Well........the new box & wiring harness showed up today. Installed the new box, still pings and surges. Installed the new wiring harness....same results I'm lucky that I live about 30 minutes from Edge so I'll stop by and have them go for a ride with me to get this figured out. Hope we can get it going!

Well, I talked with the people at Edge and it's bad news....My truck was built in 06/2006...The current software will not work properly with the 06/2006 and newer trucks .Their engineering people are working on a fix for it. Should be out in a few weeks. Until then, I guess the box comes out and goes on the shelf until the problem is addressed!

doesn't surprise me with Edge. I had an $1100 A2 monitor that wouldn't work right...come to find out they knew it didn't and wouldn't have a fix for a few months minimum...so they bought it back from me.

BUT customer service is TOP OF THE LINE!
