Another headlight upgrade (pics)

Well, I bought a set of headlights off of Ebay. I went with the 2 piece which uses the stock turn light, that way if I ever crash one I can still change it out. I'm still undecided about how they perform, I'm stil gettin them dialed in. They have a deflector in front of the bulb, and I think that deflects the light too much, I can see light reflections out both door windows while drving down the road, so they really spread the light out. I'm running the SilverStar bulbs with them. I may go ahead and do the HD harness with the relays and see if that helps any. If anything, I do like the looks of them. Here's some pics.

I just finished (literally) doing the Sport Headlight conversion. WOW! What a difference, I can't believe how bad they were before this bomb!

I bought the Depot brand headlights and got the harness from Daniel Stern Lighting. I would have preferred to use the OEM lights, but the $ was silly. The Depot's fit perfectly and the harness is very high quality.

This is the best upgrade I have made. I'll post pix tomorrow.

Hink,

I'll be waiting to hear how you feel about your headlights when you feel like
you've tweaked them.

I need to get some headlights; my corner lenses are in great shape (maybe they are new) so it would definitely be economical if your setup is really good...
the full set people are showing from ebay looks really good, but I'd love it
if I could save the $200!

And MSquare, show us those pics!

Will do, I tweaked on them a little more on Thurs. night, but I was on my way to work and it's only a 3 mile drive so I didn't get to use them much.

How does that compare cost-wise to a Sport conversion

Here is a pic of mine. I still need to finish getting the bumper adjusted !

I bought the lights from CertiFit, $180. and the harness from Daniel Stern, $160( I'm not 100% on the harness price but it is close). DS usually sells the components ($79) you need for the harness and you supply the wire, but I'm a knucklehead when it comes to wiring so I had them build it. I had a Summit harness before and there is no comparing the two.

Like I said earlier, one of (if not) the best BOMB I've done!
