Another goofy newbie question.

The turbo in my 96 CTD, which is a California truck, is a holset. The plate on the side of the turbo APPEARS to say "HX3511" in the listing for Model Number. I say 'appears' because, between being too short and having bad eyesight, I can't the the D*** thing very well.

Now the question--Is this a stock turbo?

Yes, it is... The "11" stands for how much combined boost a Duramax and PSD make.

Most likely it says HX35W, which is indeed a stock charger for your truck
