Another fuel leak ??

Hey guys! Well I havent gotten around to installing my turbine housing yet as I decided I'm just going to rebuild the turbo and today I noticed it spooled down a little funny. Like a whoosh whoosh whoosh sound when I shut down as opposed to a steady slow whine.

That, however, is not my question. I know when I run anti-gel, I get a fuel leak from the pump between the body and the distributive head. The main leak though seems to be a combination of fuel and oil coming from the filter head and the dipstick tube. It only gets real bad after a steady 75 mph cruise up the highway. I thought I have read that these trucks should really have a secondary crank case vent but cant seem to find the thread. I dont seem to have any fuel in the oil but I have quite a bit of residue up in that area. Does that seem remotely likely? Blow by out of the dipstick tube at higher rpm? Is there a gasket to replace on the fuel heater or do you think I should just go ahead and modify the second gen head and put that on?

Sorry for the long post, I cant really afford to be down with my truck as my pops truck blew the trans up and I dont have a reliable backup at the moment so I figure if I have to spend a weekend replacing the ve( I have a spare that I am going to reseal), the fuel heater and anything else back there I need to have all my ducks in a row. Thanks in advance you guys always have the best and most complete advice.

Sounds like blowby/oil check drippings getting thinned out by fuel from a leaky fuel heater gasket.
