Another what do you think power post. 12V

I picked up a 97 the other day for a good price. Here's what I'm planing on doing. Tell me where you think I'll end up.
100 plate
4K GSK
DDP4's
laser cut DV's
AFC
Not sure on turbo/s
Anything I'm missing?
Sorry forgot to mention this is a 180 pump

well i think your gonna need a pretty well built auto or a good clutch.

ddp4's and laser cuts is a ton of fuel ... gonna be looking at a 64/12 64/14 minimum i would think with that kind of fuel or a smallish set of twins.

Yea you will need to do the tranny or you'll be sitting in the same boat I am. Mine went out last weekend. Also if you do any towing the facotry turbo will get hot quick. Im running a 62/14 and it cools real well but surges when towing with the auto.

Also forgot the timing will be 18-20*.

It has an auto, but I'm pulling it and putting a 5spd in with a DD clutch. I didn't really plan on doing any head work just yet. That takes money and I'm on a limited budget right now. I'd like to go with a single for simplicity. Having twins was fun and building them was an experience, but.

Teddy Bear has a setup real close to that. He has a sps68 with a helix 2 cam, and ported head. It spools really good, but it still gets hot fast even with 25* timing. It is a great running combo though.
