mounted mine on a box behind the seat that held my 2 10 inch subs and my 2 6x9 speakers, then i went to individual sub boxes but kept the 2 6x9's in one box, then mounted the amp on the back wall behind the seat

I have mine under my driver's side seat. I left the controls of it to the drivers side so I could adjust it. I have a shelf behind the seat for storing guns/ammo, a flashlight, and a window scraper. Under the seat or the roof were my options.

i had a big box with a 12 behind my seat so i just put the amp under the drivers side and it was good under there. it makes it easier to rout the wires too insted of going down the side of the cab and back around the seat imo.

I have not got around to it yet but I have been looking at putting my two amps behind the jump seats one on each side. I'm hoping there might be some room behind the interior panel. I just have not had the time to pull the interior apart to see. Just make sure the amps will still get good ventalation around them so they can disapate the heat.

There is a good flat spot on the tranny hump near the back edge of the seat. Just in front of the seat belt mounts. That's where mine is. Don't know how big you're talking about though.

I have a 12 in a huge box behind my seat (can't use the jump seat now) and i just screwed the amp to the box on the drivers side so it's out of sight and then slid everything tight into the corner and bolted it all down. edit thieves

haha i have the same problem now!, jump seats are now only used for emergency drives to the party and emergency drives home! i was kindof thinking of mounting the amp to the bottom of the jump seat, wonder if that would work.
