"Minnesota lawmakers in 2003 passed a law requiring all diesel sold at Minnesota pumps to contain at least 2 percent biodiesel by 2005. The law takes effect whenever Minnesota plants can produce enough quality biodiesel to meet the need. That could happen any day, as two new biodiesel manufacturing plants come on-line, triggering a 30-day public notification period."

"We might be stuck with the Vikings, but atleast we'll have biodiesel" (Just kidding, that's not part of the article. Go Pats!) :D

Laws similar to Minnesota's have passed in nine states and counting and will come into effect during the next few years.
