AirDog150 users..what fp are you seeing?

What kind of FP are yall seeing with the AirDog150??? Also are yall seeing a constant/steady FP?

I can't get a steady FP at all. It varies from 12.5 to 19. It just depends on what the pump wants to do that day. Also the FP is not steady. It will build up slowly to 19spi and drop back down to 15 or 12-12.5, but it usually drops to 15.

MIne stays steady at 14.5 to 15 on fp 100, Have you checked all your connections and also with another guage to be sure sending unit is not going bad.

Have you verified the gauge isn't malfunctioning?

I installed a isolator a couple of days after having the AirDog installed because my gauge was doing this. http://video.competitiondiesel.com/v...18015f6af0.htm After I installed the isolator the needle quit vibrating back and forth rapidly, but I'm still seeing the FP rise and drop.

Today my FP sat right on 17psi, but this afternoon it began to rise and drop just like it used too. I have not tested my gauge, but my buddy down the street has a spare I'm going to install.

When I first installed the AirDog it went straight to 21psi and stayed there, but 2 days later it started doing the crazy stuff

Are you sure that you got all the air out of the line going from the isolator to the gauge, my gauge did that & it was air in the line.

How do I remove all the air from the isolator to the gauge?

Also I don't have a "snubber".

You gotta take the fitting off the isolator, hold down on the diaphram & fill it up with antifreeze. Reinstall the line, Then crack the line at the gauge & bump your starter to cycle the pump. Tighten the line after the bubbles are out. Repeat the process until no bubbles are present.

OK I see. I'll give that a try, but my gauge was doing all the crazy stuff before and after the isolator install. The video above is when I was running no isolator.
