I'd try to take some of the bend out of the hose, will make it last longer.

Funny, I just replied to another post and mentioned this, Mine had less time than yours but I pumped a lot of fuel thru it, Mine was not cracked as bad, and it seemed worse under hood, a long time ago I contacted Pureflow about it, even sent them a sample, was told that they were only aware of issues when installed on a duramax, beacuse the line was so close to the block, and they fiqured it was heat induced, I replaced mine with bio-compatable stuff from Vulcan, and its seen twice the use my blue hose did, and no cracks of any kind, when I did mine I did not order enough hose, so I kept the blue from the ad to the tank, I was under there the other day and guess what....its full of tiny cracks! so that eliminates the engine bay heat theory

Less than 2 years on mine and they are cracked up as well. I only noticed it in the engine bay. Don't the push lock fittings need to be removed and put in the freezer to slip the new hose on? What a pita, plus the fittings are way soft and need to be wrenched on very carefully.

This problem has got to be very common, people have probably just not noticed yet.

2 years and starting to crack. Been checking them every week hoping they hold up a while longer. Should order some line so I have it when I need it.

Wow, now that I think about it, I've actually had it on there for well over two years. More like two and a half.

wow so i guess it is common then. i cant really get those bends any better i have tried a few diff routs with the hose and this seems to be the best.

has anyone actually had them start to seep or actually blow out and leak fuel. they seem to be just surface cracks but its still scary thinkin if it does bust you are dead in the water.
