Airdog Blue Fuel Line Problem

Anybody else having problems with the blue fuel line that came with the Airdog kits? Mine is in bad shape after about 2 years. I'm not excited about having to replace all of it after such a short period of time.

Any recommendations on a better quality replacement for the blue stuff?

Call AirDog and talk to them about it.

If you want QUALITY diesel tubing Vulcan Performance is where I buy all my stuff at.

I had to replace the line going from the tank to the AD and I just lucked out and found some at a local Napa store for fuel. Just ran that section and I was good to go. It did not seem to last long before it showed signs of small cracks.

I had the same issue, about 8months after installing my AD, even posted here (or the other site) about it, I sent a piece of it to Pureflow it was all cracked, only piecesw affected were the ones under the hood, Pureflow told me they never had an issue with the Dodges but the hose was showing issues when installed on Chevs, apparently the hose was too close to the block and it does not like the heat much.
That is what they told me, before I sent in the hose...never got an answer back after the hose was sent in.

I replaced mine with the bio-diesel compatiable stuff from Vulcan, it was not too expensive, and since I replaced it I've run 10,000 dollars of fuel thru it since it was replaced and no issues or signs of cracking.

for what its worth it was easier to replace the hose the second time compared to the orginal instal, just make a slit at each connection and the hose pops right off, measure the removed length, and replace it
