Air Dogg or Fass and what size?

Well im gona get my injectors rebuild by F1 with there 20hp maxx mileage injectors soon and im want to get a fuel pump upgrade to compliment it to keep the rail's full of fuel but to also fliter more contamintens out of my fuel as well.

Prob is i have no idea if i need the 100, 150 or 165 gph pump.

Im going real mild on my truck as far as mods. S@B intake,f1 injectors, fuel pump with filtration and later on down the line a single turbo replacement from ats, BD or HTT for towing.

So what brand is the best and what GPH do I require for my truck with factory turbo and later on down the line a slightly larger turbo?

Thanks
Chris

I plan on keeping my truck stock power. I am installing the GDP MK2 fuel filter kit to get 2mic fuel filtration, and down the road I am going to install the Raptor 100 fuel pump. Going with a larger turbo down the raod you might want to bump it up to a Raptor 150... Give Richard at GDP a call and discuss it with him. He will steer you in the right direction!

95gph is supposed to support 450hp. I plan on keeping the stock clutch so I have the fass 150/95.

Some would say the Raptor 100 is more than sufficient but if you ever do decide to up the HP someday why not go with a bigger setup that already has filtration with it. I don't understand why, so please correct me if I'm wrong, people are saying you can't get 2 mic filtration with the AD. The filter that comes with the system is rated for 2 mic (was told this by AD techs) and I have recently purchased 2 mic filters from Fleetguard for my AD150. I went with 150 because I knew at some point I would be building more HP and knew I would need the fuel and the 150 supplies more than enough right now but hopefully soon I'll really be able to test it out.

Just my .02 worth.

If I was doing it again I'd go with a Raptor 100, plumb it to the stock filter then add a 2 micron before the CP3.

The AD water separator is inferior to our stock one and you can't get a true 2 micron filter for it.

Plus with the Raptor there's no return line to worry about.

Ok well been looking at GDP fuel filter kits before the CP3 but do u still use a factory filter in the stock fuel filter housing still to get some filtering and water seperation or do u just leave it empty and let the 2 micron b4 the CP3 handel all the filtering?

I leave the stock filter IN and use a Baldwin PF7977, then the 2 mic Cat filter, then CP3
