Air Dog owners where to install FP fitting

I was just wondering where you guys were installing the fitting for your fuel pressure. I talked to toby and he said to drill and tap the fitting going to the CP3. I am curious what you guys have done. I will be installing the AD 100.

Thanks.

Mark,

Which adapter do you need to go from the cp3 to that fitting?

Mark, thanks for the link and write up!! Nice job!!!

I think I am going to drill and tap the one that came with the kit. I know that if something does go wrong I have a place to a new one. 17 bucks is a lot for the fitting ($17 includes shipping)

I understand the shipping part..I ordered the vulcan drawstraw for my install and just ordered it all at once...plus when you drill the one out that AD sends you it makes you have an extra fitting that other wise you would not need with the Vulcan fitting.....either way works great..I just wanted less fittings

Yes you would, just make sure you have it anchored squarly in a drill press. You can always do the standard install and replace the fitting later?

Unless something has changed your AD fitting should look like this....
http://www.vulcanperformance.com/ser...-08-JIC/Detail
if you use a piece like this then you also have to use an additional straight JIC push lock fitting....the one I used is a 90* and a push lock in one fitting...
like I said either way works just fine....
