Anyone got experience with adding a cam to a 400hp-ish 12v? Im curious as to what it did for your power, spool time and smoke levels.
Ive got a choice between a cam and a fuel pump and Im thinking the cam is the best mod to do now since it should clear up the smoke I have before I add more.

What pump you going to put on?
The 913 pump was probably one of the sweetest upgrades I've done.
The cam is a tough call as to if it was worth the work but I did notice a few gains in spool up and egts, however it really depends on what you need the truck for and where you want to go with it. I did the cam swap while the truck was around 350-400hp but knew I would be going higher and I did a little trading with Don for it so.....
