AFC Issue

Well now that I know my transmission isn't on its death bed (WOOT!) I can finally turn the fuel up some without fear of grenading a bad trans. The problem is that I can't seem to get the starwheel plug out of the AFC housing. I used an 8mm allen wrench and put some serious force on it. I stopped trying to turn it when I felt it starting to slip but the plug wasn't turning. So now the socket in the plug is wallowed out slightly. Is there something else I can try to get the plug out? Or should I just go ahead and get a new AFC housing and change the fuel plate while I'm at it?

Take a small chisel and tap around the edge to break the seal. Then it should unscrew.

Woo-Hoo! Thanks DslPower! The chisel worked like a charm. The wheel was already about 3/4s of the way front (thats starting from the back of the opening), so I only turned it up about 3 or 4 clicks but WOW! She runs like a whole different truck! I can't wait to turn it up some more and put a 10 plate in but from what I have gathered on here I MUST do gauges first...
