Adrenaline, which tune for pulling?

I am trying to figure out which tune I want to run, sled pull Tuesday night. I've tried the comp tune & it cuts fuel at 3500rpm [too high?] The comp1 fuels great, but I get a sputter at 3200rpm [factory redline]. I loaded the 4k test tune & accidently hit 4k so fast that I am not messing with that tune. I have stock springs, don't want to go over 3350rpm fueling if possible. What tune you guys think?

Either 4k test tune or the comp tune. Usually RPM's are your friend when trying to take off from a sled, in my opinion. I guess it depends on your gearing setup and what gear you pull in.

Oh, believe me, I know rpms are your friend when pulling. I just don't want rpm to become my enemy since I have stock springs & they have been proven to make piston contact with pistons at 3350rpm.

The 4k tune is what works best for me... and the Comp Tune would be my second choice! I staked the COmp and Smarty #6 and was really impressed with it. I will be running that stack this weekend!

Well, I think I did really well actually. The guys who I see at all the pulls were there. Last year, they were usually within 3ft of me at all the pulls. Tonight I put 10ft on the guy who would usually stomp me at all the pulls. I ran the comp1 tune tonight because It felt a little stronger than the 4k test at 3200rpm. I got up on the line, built boost & it started popping at 3200, but smooth at 3350 up? I held it at 3350 & didn't let it go over since I have stock springs & everyone told me 3350 & up is when you get valve/piston contact. My new valve springs will be in this weekend. WOOOOHOOOO!!!!! I got 4th place & top 3 spots were some seriously modified trucks, 2 were trailer queens. I'm really happy with that considering the 3350 max rpm. another 700rpm should make a big difference.

Thanks dude. I can't wait to get this redline popping issue fixed & my valve springs installed. I'm willing to bet that when I pull next week, the video will be better. I think this Adrenaline has alot more left in it, if Quad gets this issue resolved.
