Adrenaline update

I'm trying to get my adrenaline to upload a file with added features and i cant for the life of me get it to work. someone want to tell me what i'm doing wrong. i tried running that program thing so the PC will see the mod. but i cant get it to work. any help??

i plug the box into the usb cord... but not into the computer yet... i run the update program and as soon as it starts i plug it in and it usually works everytime that way. btw i run xp pro

my computer is about a year old and has Vista and i have that dotnetfx on it i'm gonna try leaving the box hooked up and unplug it from the PC itself. i'm having issues with the drivers or something like that, the pc does nothing when i plug it is

ya mine isnt finding the module. Im tryin to work through it with justin over the phone

i was getting the same problem jermmy helped me try starting the down load first then plug in the usb
you might need to install the driver agian i need to do that also
this is waht he had me do
click start menu----then control panel----than performance and maint..-----then system----then hardware----then device manager-----then unv. serial bus control----then i had to reinstall the driver

this worked for me i have xp

ive tried a bunch of times to update it.. Im not sure if its the production modules or what. ive heard a few people having troubles. I'll call tech tomorrow and try and get this solved.

It's not Vista compatible just yet. It should be VERY soon though. I suggest getting on your buddies XP computer and download away.

The new ADR1000 series tunes are Vista compatible. They also create a file called QZError.log on your desktop if it has an issue.

If you cannot update your module try one of these files, then take the error log and send it to us and in the email tell us what computer you are doing this on.

ive tried a bunch to update this trying different things and talking with the tech guys and we cant figure out why it wont update. Sent in the error messages and updated .net framework to the latest and greatest version, and still nothin.

Hang tight, if we have the error log we will figure the issue out regardless of what it is. It just might not happen overnight.

Now, on a second note, what computer is this on? Does it have USB ports in front and back? If so have you tried a different port?

I have tried on both xp and vista ive tried it on every usb port on both computers. ive tried 3 different usb cables to no avail. when i plug it in it keeps beeping like when you plug and unplug devices. It beeps the whole time its plugged in
