adding bluetooth

This may be a way out fantasy, but is there a module that can be installed, to add bluetooth to an existing head unit? I dont have the stock, but a pioneer thats about 6 years old.

I was on ebay last night, and came across some bluetooth mmodules, but didnt know if they could be simply input to work through the audio system.

Nobody makes car kits like the old cell phones, with the mic up near the visor, and a good audible speaker.

wondering if this is somthing that could be added.
