What should correct pressure be hear?

It will vary depending on ambient temp and fan clutch operation.

Should never be 32 or below. The evaporator will ice if it is.

depends on the temp out side....but on a day that is about 75 it should be supposedly be between 24 psi and about 44 psi. for the most part with automotive AC the charge is done by weight.
