Question ac / heater problem ???

hi
was driving truck in morning and turned on heat and heard a pop/snap sound and now the air does not switch from floor mode to vent outlets ?

so what do you think my problem might be ??

pictures would be helpful ?

blower, heat,a/c working fine ,just not able to switch air flow from floor to vents ???

look for a vacuum line unplugged. mine usually disconnects by the brake master cyl. when i change the fuel filter, i figure it out a few days later
