I used a bottom overload off a 2wd rear springs and put them under the the front it gave about 1 1/2 " it needs to be a overload with an arch not a flat one then you just grind the head round on a grd8 bolt for the spring center bolt. it works great.

when you say bootom overlaod spring do you mean the bottom thick spring from the main spring set or one from a seperate over load spring set,,im kinda confused and could you use a grade 8 hex head bolt for a center bolt,,,,

Some leaf spring packs don't have a flat thick overload, some have a thinner but more curved overload and I think that's what Rebal is talking about.

Depends on the length of it if it's to short n your leafs sag at all they might bend over the ends of the overload n brake and well lets just say if you brake a front main leaf I don't wanna be in the truck with you when it happens.

What about these here guys? http://www.jcwhitney.com/add-a-leaf-...d18053y1990j2#

Yup, those are usually used to for small lift kits to gain some lift. Stiffens the ride though, hence the reason i like the 1'' bolt on block better. All depends on how much lift you need?

Yeah but I don't wanna run blocks on the front and my front leafs are sagging I wanna bring em back up a little till I can get my skyjacker leafs. Plus the truck already rides rough so I'm used to it now.

Oh here's another idea http://www.jcwhitney.com/adjustable-...d18048y1990j2# .

They are not like regular blocks as they bolt to the leaf spring like a regular add-a-leaf but don't affect the spring rate. I have them in the front of mine, many a chevy crowd run them front and back.
